Installation service
Certified plumbers can install toilets, basins, mixers, showers and water heaters. Add the service when our team calls to confirm your order; pricing starts at 350 MAD per fixture.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Ceramic items are inspected on arrival — report any transport damage within 48 hours and we replace the piece at no cost.
Warranty claims
Warranty runs from the invoice date and covers manufacturing defects. Send your order reference and photos to hello@bljsanitary.com and we handle the claim with the brand.
